Keeping your password fresh is one of the best ways to protect your Formcentric account, particularly when using cloud services.
Select a photo to use as your profile picture in Formcentric. This picture will be displayed for all forms where you were the last editor who made changes to the form.

Your administrator has activated mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for all users in your organisation. This means that you will be taken to a page to set up your 2FA the next time you login. You must complete this setup procedure to be able to access your Formcentric account.
If you lose access to your authenticator app, we offer two secure ways to restore access to your account – depending on whether you are an administrator yourself or whether your account is managed by another administrative person.
