Resetting password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login page:

1. Navigate to the Formcentric login page .
2. Click Forgotten your password?
3. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.

You'll receive an email with a password reset link.

Administrators can reset passwords for other users:

1. Click your profile icon at the top right of the screen and then click Admin centre.
2. Click Users in the left-hand navigation area.
3. Navigate and click to the user's profile.
4. Click Reset.

The user will receive an email with a password reset link (also valid for 5 minutes).

1. Didn't get the email? Check your spam/junk folder.
2. Link not working? The link expires after 5 minutes – request a new one.
