Updating password

Forgotten your password? Our Resetting password article will walk you through the process.

Regular password updates help safeguard your account when:

1. Your password may have been shared accidentally.
2. You've logged in from an unsecured device.
3. You suspect your account has been compromised

A secure password should:

1. Be at least 12 characters long
2. Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
3. Avoid common words, names, or dates
4. Be unique for each service you use

To change your password:

1. Sign in to your Formcentric account .
2. Click your profile icon in the top right, then select My Profile.
3. In the Login details section, click Reset.

You'll receive an email with a link to set your new password.

Not receiving the reset email? Check your spam folder first. If you're still having trouble, contact your administrator or Formcentric support .
