Moving folders
Whether you are creating forms by yourself or as part of the team, setting up a tidy and logical folder structure is always a good idea. In this way, you (and your team) always know where to look for a file.
During this kind of work, you are likely to want to move a folder at some point.
Read on to find out how to do this.
Moving folders from the overview
- Click Media at the top of the screen.
- In the overview, find the folder that you want to move.
Click
– the context menu link under Actions
or
– right-click the folder name
A context menu appears. - Click Move.
A dialog window appears. - Select the target folder in the dialog window.
or
Click New folder. Then enter a name for the new folder and click the green tick mark to confirm the operation. - Click Move.
You have now moved the folder, which can be found in the target folder you selected.
Moving folders from the left-hand navigation area
As an alternative to the procedure described above, you can also use the left-hand navigation area to move a folder.
- Click Media at the top of the screen.
- Move the mouse cursor over the folder in the left-hand navigation area that you want to move.
A context menu link appears next to the folder. - Click the context menu link.
A context menu appears. - Click Move.
A dialog window appears. - Select the target folder in the dialog window.

Click New folder. Then enter a name for the new folder and click the green tick mark to confirm the operation. - Click Move.
You have now moved the folder, which can be found in the target folder you selected.
