PDF designs let you control how the PDF documents generated from your forms look. With a design, you can customize the header with your logo, apply colors that match your corporate identity, and set layout options such as the number of columns and font size.
You make all your customizations to a pre-built design template in the Admin centre. Once you activate a design, it becomes available for selection in your forms.
To create a new PDF design:
The design now opens automatically in the design editor.

You have several options for customising the layout of your PDF documents.

| Name | Give the PDF design a name, which is shown in the Admin Center and when selecting it in a form. |
| Design template | Choose from several pre-built design templates. |
| Columns | Set whether the PDF document is displayed in one or two columns. |
