In the Media area, you are likely to quickly amass a collection of files that you need for creating and designing your forms. A good structure is needed here to avoid losing track of your media.

Moving folders to the recycle bin
If you have a folder that you no longer need, you can delete it – which puts it in the recycle bin.
To move a folder to the recycle bin, proceed as follows:
Click Media at the top of the screen.
Find the folder that you want to move to the recycle bin in the left-hand navigation area or in the folder overview.
In the left-hand navigation area or the overview, go to Actions and click the context menu link shown underneath. A context menu appears.
Click Delete. A confirmation prompt is shown.
Click Delete to confirm the move.
You have moved the folder to the recycle bin.
Restoring folders from the recycle bin
Folders located in the recycle bin can be restored whenever you want. To do so, proceed as follows:
Click Media at the top of the screen.
Click Recycle bin in the left-hand navigation area.
This page shows the files and folders currently in the recycle bin.
Find the folder that you want to restore.
Go to Actions and click the context menu link shown underneath.
A context menu appears.
Click Restore.
You have now restored the folder. You will now find the folder in the main Library folder.
Deleting folders permanently
When you delete a folder, it is moved to the recycle bin. If you want to delete the folder permanently, you can delete the form from the recycle bin or empty the recycle bin.

To permanently delete a single folder from the recycle bin, proceed as follows:
Click Media at the top of the screen.
Click Recycle bin in the left-hand navigation area. This page shows the files and folders currently in the recycle bin.
Find the folder that you want to delete permanently.
Go to Actions and click the context menu link shown underneath. A context menu appears.
Click Delete. A confirmation prompt is shown.
Click Delete to confirm this permanent deletion.
You have now deleted the folder permanently.
Emptying the recycle bin
Emptying the recycle bin permanently deletes all of the files and folders in the recycle bin in one go.
Click Media at the top of the screen.
Click Recycle bin in the left-hand navigation area.
Move the mouse cursor over the recycle bin. A context menu link appears next to the recycle bin.
Click the context menu link. A context menu appears.
Click Delete. A confirmation prompt is shown.
Click Empty recycle bin to empty the recycle bin and permanently delete everything in it.
You have now emptied the recycle bin. All files and folders have been permanently deleted.
