What is an admin?
Administrators have elevated permissions and manage Formcentric. To become an administrator, users must be members of the “admins” group.
What are groups?
Groups allow you to combine users and assign them shared permissions. Instead of assigning rights individually, you define them once per group – all members receive them automatically.
What are permissions?
Permissions define whether and how members of a group can access submissions. The following permissions are available.
How to assign permissions:
Create a group.
Assign members to the group. You can add new users directly when inviting them to the group.
Define the Permissions for this group.
Users who are added to the group automatically receive the group’s permissions.
The additive model
If a user is a member of multiple groups, all rights from all groups are combined.
Example:
Group A can only view submissions.
Group B can view and export submissions.
A user in both groups can do both: view and export.
