As an administrator, you can invite new users to Formcentric and manage existing accounts. This article explains how to send, resend and how to delete users when needed.
Inviting a user
Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then click Admin Center.
Click Invite user directly below your profile icon. The Invite user dialog appears.
Enter the email address, first name, and last name of the person you want to invite.
To add the new user to one or more groups straight away, check the relevant boxes in the Groups section.
Click Send invitation.
The invited person will receive an email with a link to complete their registration.
Accepting an invitation
Invited users automatically receive an email with a link to the registration page, where they need to set a password. After that, they can sign in and get started right away.
Resending an invitation
If an invited user can no longer find the invitation email, you can resend it.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then click Admin centre. You will see an overview of all users. Invitations that have not yet been accepted are marked as (not verified).
Click the three-dot menu under Action next to the relevant user, then click Resend invitation.
Confirm by clicking Send invitation.
Deleting a user
If a user no longer needs access, you can delete them. Any forms they created will be retained.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then click Admin centre.
Click the three-dot menu under Action next to the relevant user, then click Delete user.
